Guarantees for Private Treatment

When working with the human body no procedure is 100% predictable, however with modern techniques, materials and strict quality control, problems are relatively rare. We want you to feel confident in the care that you receive which is why we offer extended guarantees on our private treatments. We believe that they are among the best available.
All Fillings and Resin Bonding (Composite Bonding)
We will replace once at no charge to you, any filling that breaks or falls out within a 3 year period after placement. Replacements must be carried out in the practice.
What is not included:
- Things out with our control
- Fillings that fail due to new tooth decay
- Any nerve treatments or failures related to Gum disease.
Crowns, Bridges and Implants
We will replace once at no charge to you any crown or bridge that breaks or falls out within a 5 year period after placement. Replacements must be carried out in the practice.
What is not included:
- Things out with our control
- Crowns or bridges that fail due to new tooth decay
- Any nerve treatments or failures related to Gum disease. Implants for patients who smoke cannot be guaranteed.
Conditions
To keep your guarantee active we request only 2 things
1. That you keep up with your recommended schedule of examinations and hygiene visits within our practice.
2. That you provide at least 24 business hours notification of any appointment that you are unable to make.
